FIRST DAYS

We first met Jody and Glenda back in 1993, when we were viewing a house that was up for sale. The owner of the house was a dog breeder and there were several dogs running around the living room while we were there. Two of those dogs were Jody and Glenda. We watched as Jody, who was then 10 months old, pulled a Chihuahua across the floor on a blanket. Glenda was 20 months old and of a more calmer nature. She just lay on a chair watching us from a far.
Sharon fell in love with them straight away, but I was a bit hesitant, as we already had several cats. But a few days after our first meeting. . . . Jody and Glenda were ours.
