Unfortunately life dosen't go on forever
Glenda developed a tumor in her stomach back in 2002.
Following a consultation with our vet, it was decided not to operate because of her age, she was 12. The tumor kept growing and after a while it began to ooze. We treated her every day with antiseptic cream and powder. The tumor didn't seem to bother Glenda and she carried on as normal. It was only towards the end that she went off her food.
She died on 14th January 2004 - aged 14.

Jody Didn't really have any particular health problem. But in her last year her appetite just fell away and she was losing weight. She was gradually growing weaker and when our vet saw her in October we were told that Jody was just starting to close down. She was checked over and everything was as good as could be expected.
A few days before the end Jody had almost stopped eating and dispite our efforts she slipped away on 28th October 2006 - aged 14.
